1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are applicable only in the case of damaged, spoiled, or incorrect products.
- To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days from the date of order.
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2. How to Request a Refund
If you received a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please follow these steps:

- Photo evidence of the item (if applicable)
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will initiate the refund process.
3. Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 45 days from the date of request.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment (or store credit, if applicable).
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Products that are returned after 7 days from the date of order.
- Items that have been used, consumed, or are not in their original condition.
- Perishable items that are not reported as spoiled/damaged within 24 hours of delivery.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are accepted by the farmer or supplier.
- Once the order is in processing or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
